From the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, this lot is proof of Bali’s rising status in the specialty coffee world. Grown at 1,200–1,500 MASL and processed by Karana Global, it reflects their pioneering approach to fermentation and deep commitment to local craft.
The cherries underwent an anaerobic natural process, sealed in tanks without oxygen for a slow, controlled fermentation. This enhanced the coffee’s depth and intensity before careful drying locked in clarity. The result is bold yet clean, with layers of plum, dark chocolate, and red grapes, rounded by a whisper of subtle spice that lingers in the background.
