This coffee is a comforting Tabi from Luis Anibal Calderón in Huila, Colombia—one of our favorite producers when it comes to balance and craft.

Tabi was developed in Colombia in the late ‘90s as part of a research project to combine great cup quality with local resilience. Its name means “good” in the Indigenous Guambiano language—and this one lives up to it.

In the cup, it’s mellow and smooth—think milk chocolate, orange, and brown sugar. A medium-bodied, easygoing brew with low to medium acidity. It’s the kind of coffee we’d happily drink every day. No fuss—just a well-crafted, feel-good cup.
